2. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Invitation to Offer: Product descriptions on the site are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.

Order Confirmation: We will acknowledge your order by email. However, the contract is only formed when we send a formal "Order Acceptance" confirming shipment.

Availability: If a product is unavailable after your order, we will cancel the order for that item and you will not be charged for it.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Currency: All prices are in US Dollars ($).

Taxes: For US residents, prices include standard delivery. International customers are responsible for local import taxes and duties unless a pre-payment option is selected.

Payment: We accept major credit cards and PayPal. You will only be charged once the order has shipped.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Territory: We currently deliver exclusively within the United States of America.

Timing: We aim to deliver within 30 days. If delivery exceeds 30 days, you have the right to terminate the contract for a full refund.

Title to the products passes to you upon delivery. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or your designee) take physical possession of the products.
