A: Because each bag is woven by hand upon order, we operate on a "Luxury Lead Time." Generally, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for creation and quality inspection before shipment. Excellence cannot be rushed.

A: We provide a signature unboxing experience. Your bag will arrive in a custom, prestigious presentation box, protected by a premium dust bag, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the Founder. All domestic shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
