RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

1. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
We accept returns or exchanges of eligible products within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition: unaltered, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.
- Exclusions: Personalized products and items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. It cannot be canceled once the production has started.
2. PROCESS
- Notify Us: Log in to your account to complete the online return form or email us at [email protected].
- Pack the Item: Securely wrap the products in their original shipping box.
- Ship: Use the prepaid return label included in your original package. If you do not use our label, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
3. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
- Refunds: Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and in the original currency.
- Exchanges: We only allow exchanges for the same product in a different color (subject to size and price matching). For a different product entirely, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
